Stephanie Simpson is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. She received training in the Mood & Anxiety Program at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH; Toronto, Ontario), and the Eating Disorders Program at The Niagara Health System (Port Colborne, Ontario).
In addition, she has also trained at the Cognitive & Interpersonal Therapy Centre (Toronto, Ontario). Her training experiences have included both individual and group interventions for a range of anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. She has a particular interest in the application of CBT to the treatment of adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and interpersonal difficulties.
She is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists & Psychotherapists (OACCPP), and a member of the Association for Behaviour and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT). Stephanie is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
