Lorna is a Masters-level clinical counsellor and psychometrist. She has worked in mental health for over 30 years. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a master’s degree specializing in psychological assessment and counselling of children and families.

 

Lorna has worked in both the Niagara and Hamilton communities. She has extensive experience in research, clinical, and teaching gained through her time at McMaster Children’s Hospital and McMaster University. Lorna has developed specialized skills working with cancer patients and their families. She has a special interest as well as helping clients address the tasks of mourning while coping with grief and loss.

 

Lorna is a certified member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals.
