Monika Dwivedi earned her doctorate degree from Amity University India in Clinical Psychology in 2022. She has held clinical positions at Aloha clinics as the Head of the Psychology department and Tata Telecommunications and Euro T20 Slam as a Clinical Psychologist. 

 

Monika is a compassionate and caring clinician with national and international experience in providing positive outcomes within education, sports, and in medical settings. Using empathy and kindness to build positive, professional patient relationships for accurate assessment and effective positive psychology implementation. Languages include English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

She provides counselling and assessment for adults under the direct supervision of Dr. Susan Chudziz-Sipos. Her core areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain, trauma, relationship problems, sexual health issues, learning challenges, and ADHD. She incorporates strategies from the following modalities: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.
